The following terms apply:
Shipping terms
Delivery takes place in Germany, to other European countries, and non-European countries via our partner Prontomed.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries in Germany
We charge a shipping fee of € 4.90 per order.
We deliver free of charge from an order value of € 30.00.
Delivery to other European countries
Shipping Zone 1: Austria / Slovakia / Slovenia / Netherlands / Poland / Belgium / Luxembourg

Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany takes 3 to 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment according to the time of your payment order). The delivery times may vary for deliveries abroad.
Please note that no deliveries are carried out on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping with DHL
We aim to ship the goods immediately so that you can use them as soon as possible.
Our shipping partner is DHL.
Payment terms
You have the following payment options:
- Payment in advance
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment via credit card
- Payment by direct debit
- Payment by invoice
Payment in advance
We will send your desired items as soon as we have received your payment. Please always state the reason for payment when concluding your transfer.
Payment via PayPal
If you select payment via PayPal, we will direct you to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. Log in like you normally do using your user data and make the payment.
Of course, you can also register as a guest or new PayPal customer and confirm the payment. When carrying out a transaction via PayPal, payment is usually received within a few minutes, so that we can send your order immediately. If you want to return an item, the amount will be credited to the PayPal account you are using.
Klarna invoice
If you select payment by invoice, you have 14 days to pay your invoice. The complete processing takes place via Klarna.
Note: Please follow the payment instructions in the email you receive from Klarna and only transfer the outstanding amount to the account specified there and not to us.
